Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LN OMS ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). LN OMS is operated by Obon Nailart. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LN OMS is a listing and order management tool designed for handmade product studio owners who sell on online marketplaces. The App allows authorized users to:

• Connect online shops via OAuth 2.0
• Create, update, and publish product listings to marketplaces
• Manage pricing, images, and product metadata
• Distribute product catalogs across multiple shops

3. Access and Eligibility

Access to LN OMS is invite-only and restricted to Obon Nailart partner shop owners. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid seller account on a supported marketplace. Obon Nailart reserves the right to grant or revoke access at any time.

4. Third-Party API Usage

LN OMS integrates with third-party marketplace APIs, including but not limited to the Etsy API, in accordance with their respective terms of use. Your use of LN OMS is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the connected marketplaces.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with each marketplace's seller policies.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LN OMS to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited product listings
• Attempt to bypass or reverse-engineer the App's security measures
• Share your access credentials with unauthorized persons

6. Intellectual Property

LN OMS and its underlying source code, design, and content are the intellectual property of Obon Nailart. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LN OMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Obon Nailart does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained through the App will be accurate. We are not responsible for any listing errors, pricing mistakes, or rejected listings on any marketplace.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obon Nailart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LN OMS, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or marketplace account suspension.

9. Termination

Obon Nailart may suspend or terminate your access to LN OMS at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the App.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date accordingly.
